5th Hamilton BB 90th Anniversary - Friday 20th & Saturday 21st February 2015
Friday 20th
6:30pm at the Church Halls ex-member casual dress no uniform required.
3 Sections (Anchor, Junior & Company) full uniform to be worn.
Fall in by section/age at 6:45 for Opening Service led by our Company Chaplain - Rev. John Carswell
Inspection and then Fall out
Followed by a short Drill Competition
The 3 Sections of the Company (Anchor, Junior & Company) will be showing off their various badgework activities and skills in the main hall, the Session house and resource room. A display of old badges, photos and memorabilia will be set up.
Tuck shop at 8:30 with 90th Anniversary Cake, Tea & Coffee
Followed by heady hand ball until 9:30
Saturday 21st
Committee Room 1 at SLC HQ on Almada Street
7pm seated for 7:30 pm format of a Burns Supper toasts and speeches with dinner.
Smart/casual NOT formal. Some people may wish to wear their kilt, please feel free to do so.
I have provided 4 bottles of wine for each Table of 10 (Donation from Mark Richardson Limited)
I would suggest that you set up a small kitty between each table if required.
There will be a bar set up in the Committee Room for our function, we have the room booked until midnight
